I’m Youssef — founder of Udefy, coach, and someone who didn’t always feel strong or in control.
I was born and raised in Egypt. At 15, I had chronic back pain, poor posture, and no direction in life. I was barely getting through school — on the edge of failing both academically and behaviorally.
Everything started to shift the day I walked into a gym and met Mostafa — my first trainer. He taught me how to train, but more importantly, how to show up for myself. Fitness gave me structure, focus, and purpose when I needed it most.
That moment changed everything.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve trained people from all backgrounds — helping them get leaner, stronger, and more capable in their bodies. Udefy is the system I built from all of it — not just to change how you look, but how you move, how you train, and how you feel day to day.
